As component lead times from initial design concept to first delivery have become more compressed McBraida have added dedicated resource to manage the process effectively.

This process includes liaison with design, detailers, procurement and logistics and cost engineers.  It requires project management of materials approvals, manufacture, inspection and any bought out parts.  Essentially bringing together and managing all the elements needed to bring parts in on cost and on time.
